Getting Started
Download Sauna Suit App from the App Store on your iPhone. Open the app and go to the Calculator tab to get started — no account required for the calculator.
To log and track your sessions over time, tap the Log tab and create a free account with your email address.
Calculator
Enter your body weight, height, age, biological sex, fitness level, workout intensity, suit type, and planned duration. The calculator will give you:
- Personalised sweat rate estimate
- Total predicted fluid loss
- Safe maximum training duration
- Dehydration risk level
- Hydration timeline (before, during, and after)
- Electrolyte replacement targets
Session Log
The Session Log requires a free account. Once signed in you can:
- Record pre and post-session weights
- Log hydration intake
- Track next-morning weight for overnight recovery
- Add notes to each session
- View and delete past sessions
Account & Data
Forgot password? Use the "Sign In" screen and tap "Forgot password" — a reset email will be sent to your registered address.
Delete account or data? Contact us via the Contact page and we'll remove your data within 48 hours.
Sessions not loading? Make sure you're signed in to the same account. Session data is stored per account and is not shared between accounts.
Units
The calculator supports both Metric (kg/cm) and Imperial (lbs/in). Switch between them using the toggle at the top of the Calculator screen.
Medical Disclaimer
Sauna Suit App provides estimates based on published sports science research. Individual responses vary significantly. Always consult a physician before using sauna suits, especially if you have heart, kidney, or blood pressure conditions. People with diabetes, obesity, or who are elderly should avoid sauna suit training without medical supervision.
